During the summer of 2015 Gure Toki, a gastronomic reference of Bilbao, reopened its doors on the Plaza Nueva in the Old Quarter, one of the epic spots in the Bizkaia capital.
In its larger, renovated space Gure Toki has not forgotten its roots as it merges traditional and innovative Basque recipes. Its contemporary gastronomic delights are reflected in a variey of pintxos (small typical Basque tapas), dishes of the new Basque cuisine - "haute cuisine in petite size" - accompanied by the most recognised wines.
With the experience gathered in its 35 year history, Gure Toki evolves and adapts to the new Bilbao, a lively and constantly evolving city with its world class culinary delights of the highest standards
